The City of Lockport Housing Authority (CLHA) provides affordable housing to more than 540 families in Lockport. Residents are assisted through a combination of public housing and voucher assistance programs, providing a wide variety of housing opportunities. The City of Lockport Housing Authority is designated as a High-Performer agency by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
