This complex offers two, three, four, and five bedroom apartments with newly remodeled exteriors, modern appliances, laundry hookups and 24-hour maintenance service. Smoking is prohibited inside all of our properties. Tenants are allowed one pet not to exceed 25 pounds. Rents are based on 30% of the household’s monthly income.
